Position Overview:
Join our dynamic healthcare staffing team as a Client Relationship Executive – Nursing Placements. In this entry-level role, you will be the key point of contact for our clients, ensuring their nurse staffing needs are met efficiently and professionally. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around managing client relationships, understanding their requirements, and coordinating the booking of nurses into appropriate groups.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the main liaison between clients (hospitals, clinics, healthcare facilities) and our nursing team.
• Engage with clients to understand their specific nurse staffing needs and group requirements.
• Coordinate and manage nurse bookings, ensuring optimal group placements based on client preferences and operational requirements.
• Communicate booking confirmations, schedule changes, and updates promptly to both clients and nurses.
• Address client queries, resolve issues, and provide consistent support to enhance client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of client requirements, nurse assignments, and feedback in the CRM/database.
• Assist with onboarding new client accounts, including documentation and initial service guidance.
• Generate periodic reports on booking status, group utilization, and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve booking challenges and ensure a seamless placement experience.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree (any discipline); freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills – both verbal and written.
• Strong client service orientation with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with CRM systems is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a client-facing healthcare environment.
Preferred:
• Interest in healthcare, HR, or client relationship management (not mandatory).
• Prior internship or project experience in customer service or relationship management is a bonus.
