The Recruiting Assistant will provide overall support functions to the current recruiting team: candidate sourcing, job postings across social media platforms, and the company career page. The person most successful in this role has a proven base of sourcing and/or recruiting experience and an ability to communicate with a variety of people. To be successful in this role, you must enjoy people and have a sales hustle mentality
Requirements Qualifications:
• 1+ year of experience in Sourcing/Recruiting, required (phone screening, interview scheduling, communicating with hiring managers, etc.)
•2+ years of experience in an Administrative or HR setting
• Must have worked in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate with multiple levels of clients, candidates, and co-workers
• Proven ability to exercise sound judgment in decision-making
• A detailed eye for improving organization and processes, is a plus
• Must be a self-starter and able to take directions and work independently with initiative
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and the ability to learn other applications and programs as needed
• Maximizing time efficiently
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Analytical/problem-solving skills
This role has an expected ramp-up period of 30-60 days and is 100% commission. There is a tiered commission structure for those who are serious about the recruiting industry and would like to develop into an independent recruiting partner with our company.
Requirements
