About the role: At SuperAGI, the Head of Human Resources is responsible for leading the HR function and shaping people strategy to support the organization’s mission, growth, and culture. This role oversees employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, HR compliance, and organizational development. The HR Head acts as a strategic advisor to senior leadership and ensures the HR team delivers high-quality, people-centric solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead HR strategy and align people initiatives with business objectives. Drive employee engagement, culture, and performance management. Manage compensation, benefits, and HR policies. Ensure HR operations, compliance, and payroll accuracy. Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management. Plan and implement learning, development, and leadership programs. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 10+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 4–5 years in a leadership role. Experience in the B2B SaaS industry is preferred. Strong understanding of HR laws, policies, and best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills. Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach. Expertise in conflict resolution, performance management, and organizational development. Proficiency with HRIS tools and data-driven HR decision-making.
