Experience: 3 years to 5 years

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the restaurant floor operations.
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth dining experience.
• Greet and seat guests professionally, ensuring excellent hospitality.
• Train and guide service staff on food & beverage knowledge, service standards, and customer care.
• Handle guest complaints efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage table reservations and ensure proper guest flow.
• Monitor hygiene, safety, and quality standards in the dining area.
• Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery.
• Assist in stock management and requisitions for service-related items.
• Uphold brand standards and contribute to a positive dining environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Captain in a multicuisine setup.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage a team and handle high-pressure situations.
• Good knowledge of F&B service standards.
• Immediate availability preferred.
