Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Store Operations Manager to oversee daily store operations, manage staff, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, controlling budgets, maintaining stock, and ensuring the store runs efficiently while complying with all safety and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and oversee all store operations while delegating responsibilities to staff.
  • Supervise, train, and guide team members to achieve maximum performance.
  • Prepare, monitor, and control the store's budget with a focus on cost efficiency.
  • Manage stock levels, purchases, and inventory to stay within budget.
  • Handle customer complaints and maintain a positive store reputation.
  • Inspect store areas regularly and resolve operational issues promptly.
  • Plan and execute in-store promotional events and displays.
  • Stay updated on market trends to identify areas for store improvement.
  • Analyze sales and revenue reports, providing accurate forecasts.
  • Ensure the store complies with all legal, health, and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager, Retail Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Solid understanding of retail management and sales principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
