The Role :The General Manager - Talent Acquisition will lead the talent acquisition strategy and execution for the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a culture of excellence in recruitment. Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent. Oversee the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding. Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions. Manage and mentor the talent acquisition team to enhance their skills and performance. Analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes and outcomes. Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners. Team Structure: You will lead a dedicated team of recruiters and work closely with HR and department leaders. Ideal Profile :The ideal candidate will possess a blend of leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on recruitment experience. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a managerial role. Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and analytics. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Soft Skills: Leadership, Strategic Thinking, Communication, Problem-Solving.
