Indigo Springs serviced apartment is looking for a manager to manage the daily operations of the apartment.
Requirements:
- Male candidates within the age category of years preferred
- Should be someone hailing from Trivandrum
- Should have good communication skill - English, Malayalam and Hindi
- Should have knowledge in using Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point
- Work Timings - Monday to Saturday am - 07pm
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily bookings of the apartment
- Manage the daily cash statement
- Prepare the weekly report of bookings and revenue of the apartment
- Manage the daily operation of the apartment by ensuring proper control over the housekeeping department
- Managing the procurement of toiletries/dental kits and kitchen essentials
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹13, ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
