About this opportunity We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Automation QA Engineer expert with a strong background in Selenium-based frameworks. The ideal candidate will have experience in automation testing, test strategy, framework development, and quality assurance practices across diverse platforms and technologies. This role requires excellent technical skills, and a proactive approach to ensuring software quality at scale. In this role, you will… Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks using Selenium Web Driver and other open-source tools (Java, Python, or C#). Analyze and prioritize test scenarios for automation based on best practices. Automated test cases and analyzing results to ensure software quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline. Manage and track defects using test management tools like JIRA. Provide training and support to team members on Tosca automation best practices. Continuously improve the automation framework and processes to enhance efficiency and coverage. Create, execute, and manage automated regression suites across multiple browsers and platforms. Perform code reviews, mentor junior QA engineers, and drive best practices in test automation. Conduct root cause analysis of defects and track issues to resolution. Report and communicate test results, risks, and issues clearly to stakeholders. Collaborate in waterfall and Agile/Scrum environments and participate in all phases. In this role, you’ll need … QUALIFICATIONS Strong programming knowledge in Java, Python, or C#. Deep understanding of test automation frameworks: Data-driven, Keyword-driven, BDD (Cucumber), or Hybrid. Experience with API testing tools Experience in CI/CD using Jenkins, Git Lab CI, or similar tools. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Dev Ops integration. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and lead small teams when required. Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Test Rail, Zephyr). Natural ability to speak and write effectively at all organizational levels. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE BSc degree or equivalent years of experience 10+ years of experience in QA/testing 6+ years in automation using Selenium
