Job Title : AGM / DGM – Treasury & Personal Wealth Management
Location : Delhi
Reporting Manager : CFO
Job Purpose :
The position is responsible for organisation’s (IES & PEPL) Treasury functions and managing personal wealth and Taxation related services to the Promoter. This role involves collaboration with multiple stakeholders, liquidity management and providing personalized wealth management services.
Key Responsibilities :
Treasury Management
Develop and implement treasury strategies to optimize cash flow, manage liquidity, and ensure efficient capital utilization
Execute and supervise daily cash management activities, including forecasting, fund transfers, and investment decisions.
Personal Wealth Management
Provide personalized financial planning and wealth management to promoters and group companies
Conduct thorough financial assessments, including risk tolerance, investment goals, and estate planning needs for each individual/group company.
Evaluate potential investment opportunities of debt including FDs, bonds, structured credit, venture debt, debt MFs etc
Evaluate potential investment opportunities of equity including individual stocks, MFs, PMS etc.
Work along with wealth advisors and ensure timely reviews
Taxation and Compliance Management
Ensure compliance of applicable Taxation law.
Stay updated on relevant financial regulations and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and standards
Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and financial data.
Qualification and Experience
B.Com / M.Com with C.A. (preferably)
Proven skill of managing Personal Wealth in a Promoter driven organization.
Working experience of relevant Financial regulations and compliance requirements.
Strong understanding of Financial Markets, Investment Strategies and Risk Management principles.
10 to 15 years of progressive experience in Treasury Management, Wealth Management and Taxation
