Identifying training and development needs within the Firm through job analysis.
Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design principles.
Designing & delivering the training and development programs
Hones analytical mindset with the ability to measure and report on the effectiveness of learning programs/initiatives.
Demonstrating consistent performance and delivering as per set KPIs across all projects/ line managers
Ensuring that the activities undertaken by the team are well within the budget
Developing effective onboarding programs
Amending the existing training and development programs according to the changing environment of the workplace and evaluating the existing training and development program.
Helping the line managers and trainer solve specific training problems, either on a one-on-one basis or in groups.
Keeping up to date by reading the latest journals, attending domain specific workshops or meeting professionals from the same industry.
Managing the LMS and tracking the training hours.
Managing training logistics, MIS and reporting.
*** Bonus would be experience with social media platforms and digital marketing techniques.
THE INDIVIDUAL
L&D expert with 3+ years of experience in behavioural training , content development & facilitation
Proficiency in working with Microsoft Office tools
Strong executive presence, excellent communication, and relationship development skills
Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding, deadline-driven environment
Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously
Good written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Keen sense of responsibility, solid professional standards, excellent track record of dependability
