The following job opening is with KPMG Global Services.
KPMG Global Services (KGS) was set up in India in 2008. It is a strategic global delivery organization, which works with more than 50 KPMG firms to provide a progressive, scalable and customized approach to business requirements. The KGS journey has been one of consistent growth, with a current employee count of more than 15,000 operating from four locations in India — Bengaluru, Gurugram, Kochi and Pune, providing a range of Advisory and Tax-related services to firms within the KPMG network. Job Summary:
The position in discussion is with the Centralized Reporting team at KPMG Global Services (KGS),and will be primarily working with the reporting team to publish performance reports and execute operational activities.
Roles & responsibilities:
The candidate will need to perform:
- Prepare/publish Operational reports, decks, dashboards covering key metrics
- Perform multifaceted analysis on data & provide meaningful insight
- Drive process improvement including Automation of reports.
- Candidate needs to have strong Power BI experience & should be involved in Power BI developement & maintance activities.
- Develop new skills on various new data analytics platforms, and align the reports accordingly for maximum efficiency and standardization
- Creation and maintenance of SOPs for all major activities
- Maintain 100% Quality standards & ensure completeness and accuracy in financial reporting
- Stakeholder Management
- Project Management
The candidate will also be responsible for:
- Supporting client service delivery by consistently meeting quality guidelines within the established turnaround times and ad-hoc requests
- Variance analysis and methods to keep variance in check
- Preparing/reviewing/updating the knowledge base/process documents
- Ability to understand current process and suggest & lead process improvement.
Job Requirements
Location : Bangalore
Mandatory Skills:
- Total Experience: 2-5 years of experience.
- Good understanding of technology and skills to be able to discuss on same page as delivery team.
- High level of proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Ability to understand and identify key issues from both summary and detailed data.
- The candidate is expected to have strong verbal and written communication skills
