Marketing Manager – FMCG (5-8 Years Experience) Location: Kerala, India

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to drive brand growth, optimize marketing strategies, and oversee effective on-ground execution. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in local market dynamics, brand activation, and team collaboration to align marketing efforts with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Building & Activation:

○ Support functional heads in developing and executing brand activation plans aligned with local market insights.

○ Create and manage quarterly and monthly marketing calendars, including festive and operational plans.

○ Pilot and implement innovative local ideas based on feasibility studies.

2 Marketing Strategy & Planning:

○ Develop and execute social media strategies to support growth objectives, employer branding, and employee value propositions.

○ Gather and analyse customer insights to inform product, design, sales, and operational strategies.

3. On-Ground Execution:

○ Ensure high-quality implementation of central marketing programs, brand guidelines, and business priorities.

○ Manage visual merchandising operations, including design, deployment, training, and quality control.

○ Build and maintain a robust CRM system to enhance customer engagement and retention

4. Stakeholder Management:

○ Coordinate with consultants and agencies for ongoing branding and marketing activities.

○ Develop local partnerships for PR, activation, and communication initiatives.

○ Foster engagement and alignment with departmental and state heads.

5. Budget Management & Reporting:

○ Ensure effective budget allocation and adherence to planned activities.

○ Set KPIs for marketing initiatives and ensure deliverables meet established benchmarks.

Desired Skills:

● Strong written and verbal communication skills.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management.

● Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.

● Commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset.

● Ability to manage budgets and drive high-quality execution.

● Two-wheeler driving licence preferred.

Qualifications:

● Graduate degree.

● 5-8 years of experience in FMCG marketing.
