Mode : Fulltime/ Hybrid

Position Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead DevOps Engineer to spearhead our NexQloud project. The ideal candidate should be an expert in Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization, with extensive experience in managing AWS and Azure cloud environments.

Proficiency in deploying and maintaining high-performing blockchain applications is crucial for this role. Additionally, the candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of Linux systems and be adept at website deployments and maintenance using monitoring services such as CloudWatch or Nagios.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, implementation, and management of DevOps processes and infrastructure for the NexQloud project.

- Architect, configure, and maintain containerized environments leveraging Docker and Kubernetes technologies.

- Collaborate closely with software development teams to ensure smooth integration of applications into deployment pipelines.

- Utilize AWS and Azure cloud features effectively to optimize infrastructure and enhance scalability and performance.

- Deploy and manage high-performance blockchain applications, ensuring security and reliability.

- Provide extensive expertise in managing Linux-based systems, including troubleshooting and performance tuning.

- Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting solutions using tools like CloudWatch or Nagios to ensure the availability and performance of websites and applications.

- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment processes to streamline operations.

- Continuously evaluate and implement best practices and tools to improve DevOps processes and efficiency.

- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a DevOps role, with a proven track record of leadership.

- Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization technologies.

- Proficiency in AWS and Azure cloud platforms, with hands-on experience in managing cloud resources and services.

- Extensive experience deploying and maintaining high-performing blockchain applications.

- Strong understanding of Linux systems administration and troubleshooting.

- Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools such as CloudWatch, Nagios, Prometheus, or similar.

- Solid scripting skills in languages like Bash, Python, or similar.

- Experience with infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) is desirable.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
