Learning And Development Specialist

Overview:
We are looking for a Behavioral Faculty professional to join our Learning & Development team full-time at our Hyderabad office. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in delivering and deploying behavioral and communication training programs specifically in IT organizations, with proven experience in supporting learning initiatives that enhance workforce performance.
Must-Have Qualifications:At least 5 years of relevant experience in behavioral, soft skills, and communication training programs within medium to large-scale IT organizations.Proven experience in deploying and facilitating learning programs, both in-person and virtually.Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training facilitation techniques.Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.Proficient in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) for creating reports and presentations.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences at all levels.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:Deploy and facilitate behavioral, communication, and soft skills programs across the organization from our Hyderabad office.Lead classroom and virtual training sessions, ensuring participant engagement and high retention rates.Collaborate with the L&D team to customize training materials and adapt content to meet audience-specific needs.Assist in conducting needs assessments to identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate training interventions.Gather and analyze feedback from participants and stakeholders to measure the effectiveness of programs and make improvements.Manage scheduling, coordination, and logistical aspects of training programs to ensure smooth delivery.Support the development and maintenance of training materials aligned with organizational goals and the evolving needs of the business.Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and outcomes for continuous reporting.
Personal Attributes:Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills with the ability to connect with participants.High learning agility and an interest in continuously improving learning strategies.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and programs simultaneously.Critical thinking, proactive problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
Additional Requirements:Must be available to work full-time from the Hyderabad office.
