Key Responsibilities:


Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital channels.

Drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention through performance-based strategies.

Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, ROI, and KPIs.

Collaborate with content, creative, and product teams to develop impactful campaigns.

Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in performance marketing.


Requirements & Qualifications:


Proven experience (3–5 years) in performance/digital marketing, preferably in retail/e-commerce.

Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other performance platforms.

Excellent analytical and reporting skills with a data-driven mindset.

Ability to manage budgets effectively and deliver measurable results.

Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
