Qualifications

• 8+ years of Big 4 or equivalent Experience.

• An understanding of US accounting principles, IRS, and internal regulations.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field. Masters preferred.

• Pursuing or completing Enrolled Agent (EA) /Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

• Handling a team size of 4- 5 members in a previous firm.

• Preparation of complex US Income Tax Returns for Corporations, Partnerships, Individuals,

Firms, and Trusts.

• Ability to multi-task tax engagements, track the status across all engagements, and drive their

completion.

• Ability to learn new tax technical topics and skills relevant to the client service.

• Analytical and diagnostic skills to be able to break down complex issues and implement

appropriate resolutions.

• Use data and insights to communicate conclusions and support decision-making.

• Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.
