Role Overview:
We are seeking a creative and analytical Digital Marketer to drive Tach's online presence and performance. This role is pivotal in shaping our digital marketing strategy to generate leads, boost customer engagement, and optimize ROI on marketing campaigns. As a Digital Marketer, you will design, execute, and monitor effective marketing strategies while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to enhance brand visibility and drive conversions.
Responsibilities:
As a Digital Marketer, you will craft and execute marketing campaigns across digital platforms, including social media, search engines, email marketing, and display advertising. You will manage Tach’s social media presence, create engaging content, and foster community engagement to build a strong online brand identity. Leveraging SEO and SEM strategies, you will optimize content and ads to maximize visibility and drive organic and paid traffic. Your role involves monitoring and analyzing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, ensuring data-driven decision-making for continuous improvement.
You will plan and manage budgets for digital campaigns, ensuring cost-efficiency and high ROI. Collaborating with design, tech, and product teams, you will oversee the creation of visually compelling and user-centric marketing assets. Utilizing email marketing tools, you will implement targeted campaigns to engage, nurture, and convert leads while maintaining a clean and effective database. Additionally, you will identify emerging trends in digital marketing, experiment with innovative approaches, and refine strategies to maintain Tach’s competitive edge.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in digital marketing, with expertise in managing multi-channel campaigns and performance marketing. You should have hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other paid advertising platforms, as well as a solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and web analytics tools. Proficiency in social media management and content creation is essential, along with a creative mindset to craft compelling campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.
Exceptional analytical skills are crucial, enabling you to interpret data and derive actionable insights for optimizing campaigns. Strong communication and collaboration abilities are necessary for working effectively with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with email marketing platforms and CRM tools is a plus. A data-driven approach, adaptability to a fast-paced environment, and a passion for staying ahead in the ever-evolving digital marketing landscape are key to succeeding in this role.
