Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate, Wealth Management

In this role, you will be to aid in the aggregation of Investment Portfolio Transaction & Position data for Investment Bank.

Responsibilities

·Operation tasks involve processing of daily financial statement feed data and monthly/quarterly financial statements involving following:

oReconciling positions/transactions of feed with the statement.

oAggregation with performance measurement and analysis.

oCustodian Statements reporting format analysis.

oAttribution performance reporting and analysis

oReconciling rate of return calculations

oAchieving daily targets of processing statements/accounts

oSecurity & portfolio Analysis

oApplying knowledge of Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS) in daily operations.

oApplying knowledge of different methods of return calculation for fund performance measurement

·Mapping Transaction to the correct treatment, identifying Holding Asset Type.

·Validating Returns, QA checks and identify if there are any errors/data issues.

·Follow the standard rules built for Performance/Billing data processing.

Validate Performance Calculations make appropriate fixes in the data. Using IT UI-tools/dashboards for financial data parsing and reviewing the performance aggregation and measurements. Communication and coordination with internal stakeholders (analysts, developers, and Team leads) and external stakeholders (i.e. client) for resolving issues and implementing new enhancements. Comfortable working in US shift (extra pay provided) for a few weeks during peak quarter end production and IST shift during normal production period.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications

·Bachelor's in commerce, BBA

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Post graduation in MBA Finance

·Knowledge of Capital Markets and Wealth Management

Excellent communication skills – Verbal & Written

·Excellent knowledge of using excel andbasic knowledge of JIRA and Sharepoint

·Knowledge of running SQL queries would be advantageous

Good Presentation skills in the usage of MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint

·Ability to communicate issues clearly and succinctly to co-workers, Leads, Dev team and Client as needed.

·Knowledge and basic experience of a software development life cycle (waterfall, agile, etc.)
