We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

In this role, you will:

Administer MFT infrastructure, activities include onboarding/demising partners, monitoring health of application servers, deploying applications on servers, performance tuning and troubleshooting. Work in rotating shifts and provide out of hours support on rotation basis to support the services. Share technical knowledge and skills with members to perform tasks as expected. Meet the delivery standards as per the agreement that includes quality of deliverables, appropriate documentation. Participate in all technical tasks defined for the team. Participate in POCs and other technical initiatives. Be aware of the ongoing infrastructure issues and vigilant to avoid/minimize downtime of services. Understand business, environments, shared services to prioritize incidents. Apply performance monitoring/tuning methodologies to investigate issues. Support the security audit remediation and related testing Meet the delivery standards as per the agreement that includes quality of deliverables, documentation. Provide timely reports. Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

IBM Sterling File Gateway (Sterling Integrator) Installation, Configuration and Operation IBM Sterling Connect:Direct (Unix / Windows) Installation, Configuration and Operation IBM Sterling External Authentication Server Configuration and Operation IBM Sterling Secure Proxy Configuration and Operation IBM Sterling Control Center Configuration and Operation OpenSSH Installation, Configuration and Operation Excellent general knowledge of file transfer protocols ( sFTP, FTPS, C:D, AS2, HTTPS) and products Windows and Linux system administration Knowledge of cryptography / key management (SSL/TLS, SSH, PGP/GPG etc.) and data security Wide experience of operational management of systems Leading and delivering change to processes and systems A strong level of IT literacy, including a broad knowledge of IT infrastructure (operating systems, networking, security).
