Role Overview
As the Chief of Staff at Mirana Innovations you will be a key strategic partner to the leadership team enabling efficient decisionmaking driving crossfunctional projects and ensuring the alignment of all teams with the companys vision. You will work closely with the CEO and other senior executives to help steer the organization towards its ambitious goals.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Support: Provide highlevel strategic support to the Founder and executive team including preparing for meetings managing priorities and executing special projects.
Operational Excellence: Ensure the smooth operation of daytoday activities from project management to crossdepartmental coordination.
Communication: Serve as a communication bridge between senior management and various departments ensuring clarity consistency and alignment with organizational objectives.
Project Management: Lead and oversee key projects ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
DataDriven Insights: Analyze data and key metrics to support decisionmaking processes offering actionable insights and recommendations.
Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders including investors partners and key customers.
Team Development: Mentor and develop junior team members fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
Qualifications
Education: MBA from a toptier institution (IIT IIM equivalent or higher preferred).
Experience: 36 years of experience in a strategic or operational role preferably with experience in consulting (McKinsey Bain BCG) and in a startup environment.
Skills: Strong analytical problemsolving and project management skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Mindset: Entrepreneurial proactive and adaptable with a passion for innovation and a drive to make a significant impact in a fastpaced environment.
