About the Role : We’re looking for a Tech Lead who can own the end-to-end architecture, development, and delivery of scalable web applications. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends deep technical expertise with team management, product thinking, and a drive for innovation. You’ll lead by example — architecting high-performance systems, mentoring developers, and collaborating closely with design, product, and business teams to deliver world-class experiences. Key Responsibilities : • Lead and manage full-stack development projects using Python/Django and Next.js/React.js. • Design, architect, and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable systems. • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and operations teams to deliver high- impact features. • Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and drive continuous improvement across the engineering team. • Mentor and support developers through technical guidance, learning sessions, and constructive feedback. • Manage CI/CD pipelines ensuring efficient and reliable deployments. • Monitor system performance, ensure uptime, and resolve production issues swiftly. • Stay ahead of emerging technologies and proactively recommend innovations that improve performance and scalability. Required Skills & Experience :  • 5–8 years of experience in full-stack development with Python/Django and Next.js/React.js. • Proven experience in leading small to mid-sized engineering teams. • Strong grasp of REST APIs, microservices, and scalable architectures. • Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, Docker, AWS/GCP, and CI/CD pipelines. • Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks. • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative startup environment. Preferred Qualifications : • Experience designing and optimizing cloud infrastructure and costs. • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). • Exposure to data-driven product development and analytics tools.
