You'll lead a team of 6-8 developers, set engineering standards, and ensure high-quality, well-tested, and scalable code is shipped to production.The ideal candidate will have strong debugging skills, deep understanding of system design, and experience guiding teams through complex development cycles.You'll collaborate directly with the founding team to architect solutions, maintain production reliability, and continuously improve code quality, performance, and deployment pipelines. IO), RedisMonitoring: Winston, Morgan, AWS Cloud WatchRoles and ResponsibilitiesTake full ownership of end-to-end system architecture across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.Lead, mentor, and guide a team of 6-8 developers, ensuring smooth collaboration and delivery.Review and enforce code quality, scalability, and security standards across all services.Drive production-ready deployments with deep attention to performance, reliability, and debugging.Oversee JWT and session management, ensuring secure token rotation and cookie authentication flows.Architect and optimize Web Socket infrastructure for live events, messaging, and real-time notifications.Design and maintain secure REST APIs, middleware layers, and multi-role authorization systems.Analyze and debug complex database, API, and network issues using Prisma, Postgre SQL, and logging tools (Winston, Morgan).Collaborate with founders to define the technical roadmap and ensure alignment with business objectives.Manage AWS resources (S3, Cloud Front, Lambda, etc.), signed URLs, and CDN caching/invalidation strategies.Supervise Dev Ops processes - background jobs, queue management, CI/CD pipelines, and environment stability.Conduct regular code reviews, performance audits, and architectural refactors for long-term scalability.Ensure data protection, encryption, and compliance with GDPR/SOC 2 standards.Required Technical SkillsStrong command over , , and API architecture.Deep understanding of JWT authentication, session cookies, and security best practices.Expertise in Web Sockets (Socket.
