The IT Implementation Specialist is responsible for aligning IT, customer and operational requirements to form a solution that can delivered thru application configuration and product development. The position would be responsible for implementing the FedEx Developed products and 3rd party WMS solutions to meet the defined solution capabilities. Position is responsible for helping develop automated testing to validate the solution. Provides continual feedback into the processes to drive effectiveness and efficiency for high quality solutions and product enhancements.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems.• Experience in Warehouse Management Systems specifically in Manhattan WMOS is a desirable.• Experience in configuration, implementation, customizations and enhancements on Manhattan WMS• Demonstrate good understanding of the Warehouse Management related business process flows and Manhattan system process flows• Demonstrate knowledge on the typical integrations such as between an ERP and WMS systems• Proficiency in oracle SQL, Unix and/or Linux servers for application development.• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.• Customer service driven.• Strong team player.
