Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Centre Manager to join our team at Oasis Fertility in Ranchi (Bariatu Road). The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the center, driving revenue growth, managing a diverse team, and supporting business development activities. This role requires excellent leadership skills, business acumen, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

  • Operations Management: Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations of the center, including scheduling, staff management, inventory, and customer service.
  • Revenue Generation: Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets, including promoting fertility services, upselling, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Business Development Support: Collaborate with the business development team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and marketing initiatives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor a diverse team of medical and non-medical staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service and patient satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and maintaining a patient-centric approach.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and internal quality assurance protocols.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure the financial health of the center.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports on operational and financial performance, presenting insights and recommendations to senior management.


Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in healthcare or fertility services.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and manage budgets.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
