We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Dive into the vibrant local markets of Varanasi, understanding the intricacies of various businesses.

• Conduct thorough analyses of local businesses, including financials, margins, and profit structures.

• Build relationships with local shop owners and stakeholders to comprehend their operations, challenges, and aspirations.

• Engage with potential users to understand their preferences, expectations, and sentiments regarding local shopping experiences.

• Prospect and identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.

• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients through personalized communication and presentations.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding for clients.

• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and local sentiment to adapt strategies accordingly.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.


Qualifications:

• Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in a B2C environment.

• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and deadlines.

• Understanding of local market dynamics in Varanasi and ability to adapt strategies accordingly.

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
