Job Title- Assistant/Deputy General Manager

Vertical- Finance

Location - Gurgaon

Report To: General Manager- Finance

Job Purpose:

To ensure the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of financial records, and to provide records and reports that will enable responsible decision making by the management. To comply with all financial and regulatory compliances and meeting timelines as prescribed under various statutes. Also, to ensure that budgeted revenue and expenditure are adhered with by respective functions.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• To supervise the accounts of Listed company including one Indian Subsidiaries and Foreign Subsidiary

• Managing the accumulation and consolidation of all financial data necessary for an accurate accounting of consolidated business results

• Analyze costs and cost drivers across the organization to identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.

• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

• Monitor accounts receivable ageing reports and follow up with customers to collect outstanding balances. Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes raised by customers.

• Collaborate with internal departments and resolve issues in a timely manner.

• Coordinating activities of external auditors

• Providing management with information vital to the decision-making process.

• Managing the budget process. Monitor performance against budget.

• Evaluating the effectiveness of accounting software and supporting database, as needed.

• Overseeing regulatory reporting, frequently including tax planning and compliance.

• Cash flow Management.

• Carries out implementation of financial systems in the company and ensures timely completion of financial and accounting activities.

• Develop, implement, and maintain effective internal control policies and procedures to safeguard company assets, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and mitigate financial risks.

• Responsible for independent planning of accounts departments, Auditing, and finalization of financial statements as per required standards

Work Experience: 10-15 Years

Qualification: CA

Required Skills:

• Excellent in Communication Skills

• Tally and Oracle

• Sound Knowledge in Statutory Compliances

• Handle the Statutory Audits

• Budget Planning

• Good in Presentation skills
