A strong expertise in Finance & Revenue control management is mandatory.


Qualified CA required.


Position Overview: The AGM – Finance/Revenue Accounting is a critical role responsible for overseeing and managing the financial and revenue accounting functions within the club and hospitality sectors. This role involves ensuring accurate financial reporting, optimizing revenue streams, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management:

  • Assist the GM in the development and execution of the club’s financial strategy.
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Revenue Accounting:

  • Manage all aspects of revenue accounting, including billing, collections, and revenue recognition.
  • Monitor and analyze revenue streams to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Implement and maintain effective revenue accounting policies and procedures.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.

Internal Controls and Compliance:

  • Ensure robust internal controls are in place and functioning effectively.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with external auditors during audits and ensure timely resolution of any findings.

Financial Reporting:

  • Prepare and present regular financial reports to the GM and the board of directors.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis and performance metrics.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial results.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.

Operational Support:

  • Work closely with other departments to support operational initiatives and projects.
  • Provide financial insights and analysis to support decision-making across the organization.

Strategic Planning:

  • Participate in strategic planning sessions, providing financial expertise and insights.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of long-term financial strategies.

Customer and Member Relations:

  • Ensure accurate and timely billing and account management for members and guests.
  • Address any financial inquiries or issues from members and guests in a professional manner.
