About the role…

The Training Supervisor develops, implements, and oversees training programs. Responsibilities include assessing needs, designing curriculum, delivering training, and evaluating effectiveness. Collaboration with department heads to address skill gaps is key.

YOU'LL GET TO…

Training Needs Analysis: Assess organizational needs, identify skill gaps, and analyze training requirements.

Curriculum Development: Design and create engaging training programs and materials.

Training Delivery: Facilitate sessions, adapt methods for diverse learning styles.

Training Evaluation: Evaluate program effectiveness, collect feedback, and recommend improvements.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, enhance existing programs.

Budget Management: Manage training budgets, source external providers if needed.

Compliance and Documentation: Ensure regulatory compliance, maintain accurate records, prepare reports.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE…

10+ years of relevant qualifications; Project Management desirable.

Proven team management and change management experience.

Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.

Proficiency in virtual training platforms.

Experience in B2B customer service.

Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Experience in customer satisfaction surveys, audits, and corporate training.
