Position Summary (Roles & Responsibilities):

- Configure Hansen COTS product as per customer requirements, which includes creating BPMN flows and configuring business logic.- Deliver documents containing end-to-end high-level functional requirements and low-level designs for BSS modules.- Validate configuration in the product and assist development/QA team members in understanding the solution and related build/QA activities.- Collaborate with UX/UI teams.- Conduct review of customer documentation including business requirements and high-level test cases; support customer testing in various stages of the project life cycle.- Participate in customer led workshops, understand problems and propose solutions.- Present OOB capabilities of HANSEN product to customer, explain how customer requirements can be met using OOB capabilities, capture and document requirements.- Assess and make appropriate and timely technical decisions.- Be customer focused, constantly explore to conceptualize and understand customer needs, and proactively propose solutions.- Mentor fellow team members.

- Experience & Requirements:- 4+ years of Telecom or IT experience.- 3+ years of recent experience as a Business Analyst working on requirement analysis, design, development/customization and testing of complex technology solutions in Telecom or IT Domain covering OSS/IT Service management.

Must have:

- Analytical approach with experience in describing and building the business processes- Understanding of IT/telecom service and OSS/IT service provisioning/fulfillment processes; OPF/Order management/Order processing/ITSM workflows and/orunderstanding of BPMN and related notations

Good to have:

- Experience in implementation of at least one OSS solution for a Medium/large telecom operator.- Experience on TMF Open APIs especially TMF622, TMF641, TMF637 , TMF639.- Understanding of any of Resource Inventory, Activations, Integrations, Discovery & Reconciliation modules.- Experience on any COTS product.- Solid understanding of BPMN and UML (business process notation).- Must have experience in direct customer interactions.- Understanding of REST API’s.- Understanding of telecom technologies like access network,mobile network (HLR/HSS; 3G/4G/5G).- Software development technology knowledge, especially scripting languages such as Python, Groovy, Javascript, etc- Experience in low-code approach applications/solutions- Knowledge of Microservices architecture.- Must have good written and verbal English communication skills.- Good team player, effective communication, ability to articulate complex solutions to business and technology audience alike- BA background, preferably in an internet/software development company.- Understanding of software development best practices and standards used in project lifecycles.- Experience working at customer locations and/or distributed teams would be an added advantage.
