About the Role: Altiostar is searching for a passionate, technology personality to drive our innovative LTE OpenvRAN, 5G vRAN product portfolio and software roadmaps.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills, with an ability to see and solve issues before they affect business productivity.
  • Participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle for building OAM/FCAPS modules, including planning, requirements, development, testing, and quality assurance.
  • Interface with other subsystem teams for development and testing cycles.
  • Troubleshoot incidents, identify root causes, fix and document problems, and implement preventive measures.
  • Regularly review existing systems and make recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science or Software Technology or equivalent education.

Required Skills:

  • Good coding skills in C/C++, Python and OO concepts (C++ 11 preferred).
  • Experience in multi-threading and multi-processing architecture in Linux Platform.
  • Knowledge on Performance management modules.
  • Experience Performance/Fault Management module of 3G/4G/5G software stack.
  • Good knowledge of build environment and makefiles / CI/CD systems.
  • Experience with ASN.1, XML, JSON, YAML, HTTP(S), SNMP, kafka is desired.
  • Experience in Docker/Kubernetes/Container platforms desirable.
