What you will be doing

-

Works with client to ensure that assigned work is completed efficiently, meets business requirements, stays within scope, and is delivered on time.Plays a key role in resolving technical roadblocks.Continually improve quality of the deliverablesEnsures code reviews, unit testing and integration testing is completed efficiently and effectively.Assisting in the identification, isolation, resolution and communication of problems within the production environment

What you bring -

Minimum of 3 to 7 + years of experience.Experience with working collaboratively using Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodology.Proven work experience as a Salesforce AdministratorIn-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities

Skills –All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groupsUser support ticketsIdentify and gather requirements from users and stakeholdersSalesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports

Qualifications -A bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science or other related discipline or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.Certified Salesforce Administrator

CompetenciesFluent in English.Excellent communicator – ability to discuss technical & business requirements with Clients and Internal teams.Attention to detail – track record of authoring high quality documentation.Organized approach – manage and adapt priorities according to client and internal requirements.Self-starter but team mindset - work autonomously and as part of a global team.
