The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with a solid grasp of social media trends, basic editing skills, and experience with tools like Canva, In Shot, Premier Pro, and Ad Managers.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute effective social media strategies- Create and schedule original, engaging content- Run and optimize paid ads on Facebook, Instagram, Google, You Tube, etc.- Design basic creatives using Canva and edit videos/photos for algorithms- Build ad funnels to drive reach and conversions- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance- Engage with communities and manage social media accounts- Stay up to date with trends, algorithms & platform updates- Collaborate across content and marketing teams- Maintain a strategic posting calendarRequirements:- Experience managing multiple social platforms- Basic design/video editing skills (Canva, In Shot, Premier, etc.)- Strong analytical and communication skills- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.)- Self-starter mindset with a growth-oriented approachIf you're ready to grow, innovate, and make an impact—we'd love to connect- Apply now or tag someone who'd be a great fit
