Data Analytics is one of the highest growth practices within Evalueserve, providing you rewarding career opportunities. Established in 2014, the global DA team extends beyond 1000+ (and growing) data science professionals across data engineering, business intelligence, digital marketing, advanced analytics, technology, and product engineering. Our more tenured teammates, some of whom have been with Evalueserve since it started more than 20 years ago, have enjoyed leadership opportunities in different regions of the world across our seven business lines.What you will be doing at EvalueserveExperience in advisory / consulting in data governanceGood understanding of different data governancestandards such as NDMO/DAMA.Minimum 16 years of experience in data governance using tools likeCollibra, AXON, EDC.Develop and implement a robust data governanceframework using Collibra/Informatica IDC/AXO.Collaborate with data stewards and businessstakeholders to define data ownership, data quality standards andclassification.Create and enforce data governance policies andprocedures.Responsibilities include Data Governance Implementation- Develop, implement,and maintain data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure theeffective management, quality, and security of organizational data assets.Metadata Management: Design and maintain metadatarepositories, ensuring accurate and comprehensive documentation of data assets,including data definitions, lineage, and usage.Data Quality Management: Collaborate with dataquality experts to implement data quality rules, validation processes, and datacleansing procedures to maintain high-quality data standards.Data Security: Work closely with security teams toenforce data security protocols, access controls, and encryption mechanisms tosafeguard sensitive data and ensure compliance with regulations.Data Cataloging: Develop and maintain a centralizeddata catalog, allowing users to discover and understand available data assets,their sources, and permissible usage.What we’re lookingGraduate / Postgraduate degree in Computer Science /Engineering from a reputed university.Over 16-22 years in Data Governance.Experience in anytype of SQL or NoSQL database, such as Cassandra, MongoDB, and HBase.Experience indevelopment testing and deployment, coding standards, and best practices
