Key Responsibilities: Campaign Strategy & Execution:
Develop, implement, and manage lead generation campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Audience Targeting & Segmentation:
Identify, create, and refine audience segments to target prospective students and parents based on demographics, interests, and behavior.
Ad Creatives & Copy:
Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and copy, ensuring messaging aligns with our brand and campaign objectives.
Keyword & Ad Placement Strategy:
Conduct keyword research and optimize ad placement for Google Ads campaigns, focusing on long-tail and short-tail keywords to maximize search visibility.
Budget Management:
Allocate and optimize budgets across channels to ensure efficient spending and maximum return on investment.
Performance Tracking & Optimization:
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (CPL, CTR, ROAS, etc.). Continuously optimize campaigns based on data to improve performance and reduce CPL.
A/B Testing:
Run A/B tests on ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages, analyzing results to inform campaign adjustments.
Competitor Analysis:
Regularly assess competitors' digital advertising strategies and identify opportunities to differentiate and enhance our campaigns.
Reporting:
Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
Key Skills & Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience managing performance marketing campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads, preferably in a lead generation capacity.
Strong understanding of paid media strategies and best practices for lead generation.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search & Display) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
Proficiency with Google Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager .
Strong understanding of audience segmentation, keyword strategies , and retargeting tactics .
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and compelling ad copy.
Experience with budget management and the ability to optimize spending to achieve desired outcomes.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to collaborate, manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
Nice-to-Have: Experience in the education or study abroad sector .
Familiarity with landing page optimization tools.
Basic knowledge of SEO and its relation to paid search strategies.
