Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Trivandrum for a Chief Operating Officer (COO). The COO will oversee daily operations, develop business strategies, manage budgets, and ensure financial stability. The role includes leading cross-functional teams, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing internal processes to achieve company goals. The COO will work closely with the executive team to drive operational excellence and support the brand's growth objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Business Planning and Operations Management
  • Strong Analytical Skills with experience in Finance and Budgeting
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Minimum 10+ years experience in Operations
  • Previous experience in a senior operational role, preferably in any major fashion or retail industry will be a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
