As a Sr. Manager Creative Operations , Marketing you will operate at the intersection of your team and the business. The role of Sr. Manager Creative Ops in our Bangalore team is dedicated to defining and managing a cross-functional effort across Marketing & Digital to shift, expand and operationalize core business functions between our global teams working in close partnership with global strategy.

The candidate will work closely with TC (Target Creative US) Resource Management team, and is counterpart to Target Creative US Resource Planner in executing the strategy for Global Resource Management. Responsible for intake of work to TCB (Target Creative Bangalore), understanding capacity footprint within TCB and providing informed recommendation on whether or not TCB could take on new/incremental/planned projects. Serve as a Point of contact for Target Creative US-led work needing TCB resources assigned,

Also, it is aimed to provide support and coordination focused on (i) capabilities shifts (ii) work transitions and (iii) building out new bodies of work; documenting objectives and plans while also tracking progress to goal to ensure results are achieved on time and expectations are met.

The role works in tandem with Global Strategy in furthering cross-vertical collaboration, communication and partnership to ensure decisions are made with horizontal understanding and clear assessment of overlap/common needs. Coordinating across marketing and digital verticals, the role is expected to work with multiple partners (marketing leaders, HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent & Change, Marketing Finance and other infrastructure partners) and support business imperatives of Global Strategy. You will be responsible of leading a team of Ops and Creative Analysts. You will influence teams and partners and leverage change management best practices. Align on efficiencies (KPIs) important for TC (US) such as reduced annual resource costs, improve resource utilization & productivity and enchance partner satisfaction & trust.

As a Sr. Manager Creative Operations , you will be responsible to:

Process excellence & Execution Strategy :

Drive transitional activities once business alignment is made, build foundation of process, milestones and document best practices Provide project management oversight to category of business in support of revenue goals. Build and drive a strategic communication plan to ensure all key stakeholders are effectively informed Serve as a steward of the Target brand in support of Target’s purpose to help all families discover the joy of everyday life. Drive inputs and create/develop key processes as applicable, connect the dots on enterprise tools and technologies, propose interaction models between teams Responsible for TCB capacity reports: Executing process within TCB to ensure participationProviding monthly data reports with context to integrate into shared Global capacity view Ability to synthesize information and communicate level of effort needed to deliver on programs Accountable for executing Target Creative Bangalore’s Annual Plan:Ensuring partners are following process and all inputs are entered into the system as part of Global Annual Plan ProcessProviding overview of TCB projects compared to capacity (over / under capacity for Roundel, BDL, Digital, GMS, RBX) with informed recommendation as to what other bodies of work could go to TCB

End-to-End Process Management :

Collaborate with multiple cross-functional partners to execute projects and work streams. You will be a key liaison point for business leads in the initial phase of work-stream execution. Provide guidance and oversight of process evolution and solutions to support new & changing business needs. Influence teams and partners and leverage change management best practices Own operational tech/tools to optimize and identify a tech solve Own Global team workflows by designing/optimizing the existing workflows to drive process effieciency and recommend process solutions

Relationship & change management :

Advocate for TC (US) in terms of process changes who owns the communication to drive change management there by be the process consultant Lead and manage Annual planning for the Project management and Creatives teams for TCB (Target Creatives Bangalore) teams Accountable for ensuring inputs are being done on a weekly basis including annual planning for categories updated by EOW in project intake sheets/forms Intake / vetting of new/incremental projects as needed  Develop strong partnerships & Collaborate with business and partners across partner team in the US to support on Global asks Effectively present, communicate, and manage expectations regarding creative and business execution strategies, and key decisions to leadership teams and larger organization. Initiate and drive new operational ideas in service to the guest experience. You will also be supporting teams in developing sustainable operating models; driving accountability and sustainability.


Team Leadership :

Develop and oversee team resourcing, identify gaps and opportunities in support of Project Management and Creative teams Coach and lead teams through on-the-job experiences, connect resources, remove roadblocks, and provide feedback. Elevate team expertise by leveraging industry trends to influence and evolve team. Engage and inspire team to achieve challenging goals and high standards of performance. Be required to work during US Day time (CST) for certain period in the year

Innovation :

Drive measurable inputs into delivering capabilities using business needs, interpretation of data and insights, and creativity in delivering outputs. Establish business inteligence through data, validate accuracy to deploy new roles across the TCB (Bangalore) teams by leveraging tools & tech capabilities Partner with Creative, Project Management, Product, and Operations to drive innovation and support risk taking to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue growth. Drive new operational efficiencies & proactive provision of continuous improvement by innovating ways to enhance the quality of processes and tools.
