Job Location:Goregaon (E), Mumbai
Role & Responsibilities:
Prepare Risk Based Internal Audit plan as required by the RBI and present the same to the Audit Committee for approval.Conduct internal audit as per the plan approved by the Audit Committee and issue internal audit reports to the management.Prepare Audit Committee presentation on a quarterly basis and appraise the board about the critical observations.Follow-up with the Business Units to understand the status of all critical observations presented to the ACB on a quarterly basis.Work with different business verticals and discuss the possible process improvements.Liaison with third party consultants on specific areas audited by them during the year.
