Fullstack Developer (Frontend)

We are a global hedge fund with a strong commitment to leveraging innovations in technology and data science to solve complex problems for the business. We are in the midst of developing a range of exciting new platforms, designed for portfolio managers and technologists across our firm.We are currently seeking a talented Fullstack Developer who will work closely with various teams across the organization, translating their needs and into detailed specifications to create tailored views and workflows.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into intuitive dashboards and UI components.

Design, develop, and implement frontend solutions using modern web technologies, frameworks, and libraries (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular).

Build responsive and accessible UI components that effectively present complex data in an organized and visually appealing manner.

Create interactive data visualizations, charts, and graphs using popular charting libraries (e.g., D3.js, Chart.js, Plotly).

Implement efficient and scalable back-end to support the dashboard functionalities.

Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve any UI-related issues or performance bottlenecks.

Stay updated with emerging trends, best practices, and industry standards in dashboard design, UI/UX, and data visualization techniques.

RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a relevant field.

Proven 3+ years of experience working as a Full Stack Engineer, with a focus on frontend.

Strong proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and popular JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React/Angular).

Experience with data visualization libraries and frameworks (e.g., D3.js, Chart.js, Plotly) to create dynamic and interactive dashboards.

Good understanding of Python and the ability to integrate front-end components with back-end services.

Proficiency in designing and working with relational databases and RESTful APIs for data retrieval and manipulation.

Familiarity with UI/UX principles and best practices, ensuring a seamless user experience and accessibility standards.

Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective cross-team coordination.
