Telesales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Manager to lead and oversee our Sales Development Representative (SDR) team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in strategizing, implementing, and monitoring telesales activities while ensuring exceptional customer experience and achieving organizational sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales managers to develop and refine effective telesales strategies.- Lead and manage the SDR team, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.- Develop and maintain sales scripts and customer response templates to guide telesales representatives.- Implement and execute sales strategies to enhance lead generation and conversion rates.- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and guidance to meet KPIs and sales quotas.- Engage with existing and potential customers to showcase products and services, ensuring a personalized approach.- Initiate and maintain telephonic conversations with potential or existing clients to generate leads or close sales.- Gather and document customer information, requirements, and other relevant data for analysis and future reference.- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to address their requirements effectively.- Direct qualified leads and prospects to the sales team or Sales Head for further engagement and closure.- Maintain and regularly update the customer database to ensure accuracy and accessibility.- Measure and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of telesales initiatives.- Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines for data handling and customer interaction.- Record, document, and analyze calls, customer interactions, and sales performance.- Prepare and present performance reports, achievements, and KPIs to senior management.- Encourage a culture of excellence, motivation, and continuous improvement within the telesales team.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Telesales Manager or in a similar leadership role in sales.- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools for tracking and reporting.- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales metrics and data-driven insights.- Excellent leadership and team management skills to inspire and guide the team effectively.- Goal-oriented and highly motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets.- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Experience - 10 to 15 Yrs
