Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecalling Sales Product Advisor, located in Bengaluru South. The primary responsibilities include making outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and sell ResumeHubs products, providing exceptional customer service, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions. The role also involves understanding customer needs to offer tailored product solutions and contributing to product management by providing feedback and suggestions based on customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Sales skills with a track record of achieving targets
- Analytical Skills to understand customer needs and behavior
- Experience in Product Management
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or related field is a plus
