We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to join our pharmacy business team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with product inquiries, promoting offers, and ensuring excellent customer service to enhance our sales and brand trust.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers to promote pharmacy products, offers, and health services.

Handle incoming calls and respond to queries related to medicines, discounts, and delivery.

Maintain customer records and update the database with accurate information.

Follow up with existing and potential customers to ensure repeat orders.

Coordinate with the pharmacy and delivery teams for smooth order processing.

Achieve daily/weekly calling and sales targets.

Provide feedback on customer needs and preferences to improve service quality.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.

Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service preferred (healthcare or pharmacy background is a plus).

Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

Good persuasion and problem-solving abilities.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.).

Positive attitude and willingness to work in a target-based environment.
