Role Overview:
Febal Casa India, representing the renowned Italian luxury furniture brand, seeks a dynamic and experienced Showroom Operations Manager. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless showroom operations, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and upholding the brand's global standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Showroom Operations Management:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure a well-maintained and welcoming showroom environment.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock, and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
- Implement operational processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, train, and motivate the showroom team to meet performance goals.
- Schedule staff shifts, assign responsibilities, and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
- Foster a culture of excellence, professionalism, and collaboration.
Sales & Customer Experience:
- Drive sales by ensuring exceptional customer service and personalized experiences.
- Handle escalations, resolve customer queries, and ensure satisfaction at every touchpoint.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed showroom sales targets.
Brand Representation:
- Uphold the Febal Casa brand identity by maintaining high visual and service standards.
- Organize events and initiatives to promote the brand and attract clientele.
- Provide insights and feedback to align showroom operations with brand goals.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Track and analyze showroom performance metrics, including sales, footfall, and customer feedback.
- Prepare regular reports for management and suggest improvements for operational excellence.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related fields.
- Proven experience (3-7 years) in showroom or retail operations, preferably in luxury or furniture sectors.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management and operational tools.
- A passion for Italian design and luxury furniture is a significant advantage.
