Are you an experienced IT Technical Recruiter with a strong background in contract-to-hire (C2H) staffing? We’re looking for a motivated and dynamic recruiter with 2-3 years of experience to join our team and help us find top IT talent for key positions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen IT professionals for contract-to-hire (C2H) roles using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
  • Conduct technical interviews to assess candidates' skills and fit for the role.
  • Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs and provide strategic input on talent acquisition.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future IT roles and proactively engage with passive talent.
  • Ensure compliance with all recruitment policies, legal regulations, and company standards.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 2-3 years in IT recruitment, specifically focused on contract staffing (C2H) .
  • Technical Expertise: Knowledge of IT roles such as software development, cloud, and cybersecurity.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written skills, with experience negotiating offers.
  • Organized: Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tools: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
