Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Assistant located in Patna. The Operations Assistant will be responsible for supporting daily operations, managing documentation, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Additional tasks include handling customer service inquiries, assisting in operations management projects, and providing analytical support to streamline processes.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
