Position Name: Group Manager - Software
Mandatory/Required Skills & Location
Location:Mandatory/Required Skills:PURPOSE OF THE ROLEThis role is responsible for managing the overall customer relationship for a CBU or an LOB (within a CBU) and is accountable for building/sustaining relationships with customers, meeting revenue targets, building people competency, and regularly engaging with people at an onsite location in disseminating SLK's vision and values.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIESAchieve annual revenue targets for LOB or CBU through new wins,
and sustaining existing business. Achieve the P&L targets set while working on new engagementEnsure customer delight - Build/Sustain Customer Relationship through regular customer connects/reviews. Achieve CSAT survey targets for LOB / CBU through delivery excellence.Manage key engagement/Projects, Address delivery challenges and issues working with offshore team. Address onsite staffing needs. Periodic review with customer contacts and update SLK management regularlyCollaborate with customer's sourcing team for timely Work Order / SOW sign-off, and collection of Invoices. Regular Status Reporting and address any compliance related matters with customers.Collaborate with internal recruitment team for fulfilling onsite positions.Ensure Talent Management
through upskilling, succession & progression planning.Ensure attrition percentage is less than the prescribed value for the LOB/CBU.Ensure the required gross margins targets are met while onboarding the new candidatesEDUCATION QUALIFICATIONDegree: B.E, MBACertifications (if any): OptionalMINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREDOverall (in years): 15-18 yearsRelevant (in years): 5 yearsDOMAIN/ FUNCTIONAL SKILLSKnowledge of domain of the vertical/business unitIn-touch with key developments in the business across industry
