Job Description
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

• Good Telecom background/Knowledge.
• Apache,Tomcat,Unix Shell Script
• Observability-as-code
• Pearl Scripting
• SQL
• Python,Splunk
• BMC Remedy or Jira
• PL/SQL, Cloud Computing (AWS)
• Informix Database ,Checking firewall/open file/port closure/open issues with respect to Tomcat server troubleshooting

Role Purpose
To ensure the availability and performance of our application portfolio, toolset, and platform, as well as helping to drive improvements and enhancements at scale.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Problem solving and result oriented attitude. Design applications and infrastructure with special focus on security, availability, scalability, and maintainability
• Implement error handling and self-healing
• Automate all standard operational processes with the target of zero-touch operations.
• Build, maintain, and collaborate on future ready platforms with the customer in mind
• Ensure environment stability, resilience, and performance
• Create and improve delivery- and stability- focused tooling across a range of languages and environments
• Manage e2e availability and performance of the mission critical systems
• Checking firewall/open file/port closure/open issues with respect to Tomcat server troubleshooting
