Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced
Subject Matter Expert (SME)
to join our academic content team. The SME will be responsible for developing, reviewing, and enhancing curriculum-aligned educational content for K–10 students. The ideal candidate must bring
deep subject expertise
along with practical classroom and curriculum development experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, review, and validate academic content in alignment with board syllabi (CBSE and State Boards).
  • Collaborate with the editorial and design teams to ensure accuracy, clarity, and pedagogical soundness of content.
  • Conduct curriculum evaluation, question paper setting, and assessment framework design.
  • Innovate content delivery methods, including activity-based learning, worksheets, and digital components.
  • Ensure error-free, structured, and student-friendly content development.
  • Support teacher training programs, workshops, and orientation sessions when required.
  • Stay updated with evolving education trends, pedagogical approaches, and board requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Postgraduate degree in the relevant subject (Ph.D. desirable but not mandatory).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience
    in teaching, curriculum development, or academic evaluation.
  • Strong subject knowledge with proven experience in educational publishing/content development preferred.
  • Familiarity with board examination patterns, learning outcomes, and competency-based education.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.

  • Subject mastery and ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Strong curriculum design and assessment planning skills.
  • Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and pedagogy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and digital content tools.
  • Collaborative mindset with ability to work in cross-functional teams.
