About the Role We are looking for an energetic and confident Telemarketer to join our Pune office. You will be responsible for selling Job Talk.ai — an AI Voice Agent built for Recruiters — to staffing and recruiting companies in the US. This role involves outbound cold calling, appointment setting, and occasionally giving product demos to interested prospects. Key Responsibilities Make high-volume outbound calls to staffing and recruiting firms across the US. Present and pitch Job Talk.ai , our AI-powered voice agent that helps recruiters make hundreds of calls in minutes. Schedule qualified demos and appointments for the sales team — and conduct product demos yourself when required. Maintain detailed call logs, prospect notes, and follow-ups in the CRM. Achieve and exceed daily/weekly call and appointment goals. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies. Required Skills & Experience 1–3 years of experience in outbound cold calling, appointment setting, or telemarketing. Prior experience selling Saa S or technology products preferred. Excellent English communication and persuasion skills. Strong confidence and no fear of phones . Comfortable working the US EST shift (7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST) . Good to Have Familiarity with CRM systems, lead databases, or Sales Navigator. AI-literate — able to use AI tools for finding and enriching leads.
