Job Description

Position Overview:We are seeking a Sales and Support Representative adept at providing effective customer support, understanding customer needs, and offering tailored assistance.Responsibilities

:1) Answer incoming calls and also do outbound calls to the patients and assist them in scheduling appointments for medical services.2) Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and accurately. 3) Collect patient information accurately and enter it into the appointment scheduling system. 4) Communicate appointment details, including date, time, location, and any special instructions, to patients clearly and effectively.5) Follow up with patients to confirm appointments and provide necessary reminders via phone, email, or text message.6) Manage appointment cancellations and rescheduling requests in a timely manner, adhering to clinic policies and procedures.7) Provide information about products/services, pricing, promotions, and company policies as needed.8) Listen actively to customers to understand their needs and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products/services.9) Follow established scripts and call protocols to ensure consistency and quality of service. 10) Document customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions, in the CRM system.11) Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call quality, response time, and sales targets.

Requirements

:1) Previous experience in customer support and/or sales roles preferred, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service. 2) Excellent communication skills.3) Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, establish trust, and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues.4) Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills, capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.5) Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, collaborating closely with colleagues across departments to achieve common goals.6) Basic excel knowledge.7) Flexibility to work on weekends.Languages:English, Hindi, Kannada. (Mandate)Tamil, Telugu and Marathi (Optional)
