Key Responsibilities :

Collaborative Creation : Partner with cross-functional teams to dive deep into user needs, product requirements, and technical constraints.

Innovative Design : Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that vividly communicate design concepts.

Brand Consistency : Design user interfaces that are intuitive, visually stunning, and align perfectly with our brand identity.

Design Systems Guru : Establish and maintain design systems and documentation, ensuring consistency across all our products.

Iterative Improvement : Refine designs based on performance metrics, user feedback, and team input, always striving for perfection.

Trendsetter : Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.

User Advocate : Champion user-centric design and accessibility principles throughout the product development journey.

Qualifications :

Educational Background : Degree or diploma from a renowned design or art institution.

Proven Experience : A solid track record as a UI/UX Designer with a portfolio that showcases your exceptional design skills and projects.

Tool Mastery : Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.

Design Principles : Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

User Research Savvy : Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.

Effective Communicator : Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Adaptable : Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.
